For the website, a clean, light design with simplicity in mind were the main goals of the visual aspects. I wanted to showcase the products themselves, and avoid the website’s design overpowering them. A white background lends a bright and airy feel, and contrasts the jewelry photography nicely.
As Talinka & Co.’s designs are bespoke in nature, I included a product request form for when prototype and one-of-a-kind designs become sold out.

With the magazine advertisements, brochures, and other marketing print items, I focused a bit more on building an abstract ambiance. The idea was to create a relatable sense of style and an interpretive visual appeal. These adverts were featured in fashion and travel magazines, so I wanted a couture feel that fit in with the publication’s content.
